delivery interval. You'll receive an email 3 days before the next renewal. The
shop will deliver products automatically once the renewal is successful. You
can change the subscription date to receive battery packs earlier or later.
Your next payment will be deducted based on the confirmed renewal date.

We offer four types of battery power packs:

Essential Power Pack: $7.22, 8AA+6AAA lasts more than 28 hours.

Economy Power Pack: $8.92, 10AA+8AAA lasts more than 43 hours.

Mid Power Pack: $11.47, 14AA+8AAA lasts more than 64 hours.

High Power Pack: $12.74, 16AA+8AAA lasts more than 75 hours.

There are no associated fees for it.

The only time it can't be canceled is 2 days prior to the new subscription cycle. You can also access your subscriptions to pause/cancel/reschedule subscriptions in your accounts menu.

You can skip or reschedule the subscription in the customer portal.

Each scheduled subscription and delivery will have a Skip/Schedule button next to it, which you can use to amend the next subscription renewal date. Ensure to amend dates 3 days prior to your next due subscription cycle.

There is no associated fees to pay.

Yes, you can add or amend your subscription pack in the customer portal. Click the edit button in the products card and amend, remove, or add the subscription pack to your
subscription. Be aware that amending the battery pack will change the subscription payments.

Our battery pack lasts more than 2-3 months. We created a battery pack with 20% more power than the requirements. If you need an early delivery, it's free. You must reschedule your next subscription delivery when the last remaining batteries are available.

The pack comes fully charged. There is no requirement for an extra charger, charging cable, or charger plugs.

We do not recommend charging any of the batteries.

Chargers are designed for specific battery types; mixing chargers and batteries could result in unexpected problems and potentially damage batteries.

If you are running out of batteries, reschedule the next subscription date in your accounts to order your next subscription earlier.

We aim to deliver the order within three days for orders received before 9 A.M.; You can track your order from your Accounts or in email. We provide track and trace numbers to track your deliveries. If there are issues, please contact us.

If you have ordered using the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make corrections until your order has been shipped. After your order has been shipped, we cannot re-direct your package. You would have to contact the shipping company to locate your item.

mWh (Milliwatt-hour) measures the total energy generated by a battery when operating at constant power for one hour at different voltages.

In reality, true capacity is closely related to voltage, and the voltage of most batteries is not a fixed value; it can vary during use. For example, 3400mWh is the power, 920mAH is the cell capacity. Our 1.5V lithium battery is reduced from a 3.7V lithium battery to a 1.5V constant-voltage battery with a circuit protection board inside, so the power calculation is calculated by mah*3.7V= power, i.e. 920 mAh * 3.7 v = 3404 mWh.
